4. Price shown are inclusive of delivery and handling charges unless stated otherwise.

5. Reservation will only be entertained with a booking fee.

6. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable. Please decide wisely.

7. Delivery and handling cost is approximately RM10-RM35 per item, depending on weight and size.
